Abstract

This paper discusses the key points of the spectrum coexistence conditions and operational requirements for the 2.3 GHz band that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is seeking to put into implementation in society. It summarizes the issues related to the incumbent protection technology and the database advancement technology, as well as the direction of future research and development efforts.
