Robotics technologies that can transport objects efficiently and safely in a realistic environment with a mixture of flat and uneven terrain enable robots to be used in a variety of industries from entertainment to industrial applications, bringing about a major change in society. Based on this vision, we work on research and development of new mobility mechanisms.
We have developed a variety of proprietary technologies in the areas of mechanics, control and electricity, by combining Sony’s technological assets with the unique perspectives of our engineers,in line with industry trends and changing market needs.
Demonstration experiments for social implementation have been conducterd at the construction site and other situations.
